Although I was born in London, both my parents are from Ireland so I consider myself pure Irish – and proud of it. We immigrated to the United States when I was 5 and lived in New York City. A job transfer moved the family to Los Angeles, California where I spent 25 years of my life. Other cities I have lived in include Princeton, NJ and Munich, Germany. I have enjoyed living in Seattle since 1996.
I attended Marymount High School in Los Angeles and literally crossed Sunset Boulevard to U.C.L.A. where I graduated with a B.A. in Literature in 1992. While a student, I supported myself as an arts and entertainment journalist for the Long Beach Press-Telegram. I also was a singer in a band during those years and toured up and down the California coast performing at different venues. After graduation, I worked in film and television production in many different capacities. I am a graduate of the Groundlings School of Improvisation and have taught drama locally here in Seattle at Christ the King School.
Real Estate might actually be in my genes. My mother is a successful Realtor in Palm Desert, CA and before that was a top producer in the Great Falls, VA area. I have learned a great deal from her and share her passion for hard work and integrity.
I love what I do and strive to exceed my clients expectations. Finding and selling a home is a very personal and somewhat exhausting process. My goal is to relieve my clients of that burden. I am a professional, full-time Realtor and I take pride in making each and every transaction pleasant and smooth. I have encountered many sticky and difficult situations but none that I couldn’t resolve. I am confident in my abilities. I am very thorough. I take pride in my work and my reputation and aim to be your real estate expert for life.
Currently I am working towards my EcoBroker designation to be your official green Realtor. My interest in the environment runs deep and my goal is to educate my clients on ways in which they can be green when upgrading their homes with new appliances and materials.
